Hidden gem in Merida! We booked this hotel on a whim, and found a true gem! We are a family of 5 and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We did not expect such a beautiful, spacious room for the price we paid. Definitely great value for money They served an ice cold delicious mango smoothie, made the room ready for an extra kid at no extra charge, brought extra blankets and helped out any way they could. The hotel is clean, beautiful and quiet on the inside. The pool is a bit bigger than we expected (nothing huge, but you can swim!) And the pool area is well kept. The room is fully stocked (no stove though) and comes with fridge, microwave and dolce gusto coffee machine! There's 2 smart tvs (one for each room) and the shower. People, that shower! It's perfect with steady temperature and good pressure. They offer to clean every day and take care of whatever you might need. Breakfast is an option of fruit with granola or hot cakes with banana and whipped cream. Hot coffee and juice to go with make for a perfect breakfast
Wonderful cozy hotel, just a few blocks from the main square! We stayed in the “Luna” room, which was huge, as was the bathroom. They provided everything we needed: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer, bathrobe, and pool towels. We stayed for one night but could’ve easily stayed much longer! The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!
La persona que me atendió ami fue muy amable y atenta, las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, excelente ubicación, cerca del centro histórico de Mérida. Te ofrecen un desayuno que incluye tu habitación y está muy rrico. Lo único mal es el es tu hora de salida,es a las 11am y si quieres quedarte una horaas tiene costos. Yo entre x la noche ya tarde. En todo lo demás excelente.
We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Originally we were booked into the Agua room but upgraded to Luna which we were very happy with. The hotel is very quiet at night and is in a great location. The staff were absolutely amazing and we looked forward to our beautiful breakfast of fruit, granola and yoghurt every morning. This is a great hotel, small, boutique style with exceptional service and we will definitely return one day.
Charmant petit hotel à quelques pas de la Plaza Grande. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous . L’accueil et le service sont exceptionnels. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents . L’hôtel comporte peu de chambre et, est très calme . La chambre était très spacieuse, joliment décorée et la literie de grande qualité . C’est un petit bijoux dans Mérida , et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville . Merci pour tout .
Es un lugar con excelente ubicación, puedes llegar caminando al centro. Tiene un personal atento y amable. La habitación incluye desayuno. Tiene pocas habitaciones, pero es bueno porque hay poca gente en el lugar. Todo está limpio

Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Our room was very well decorated and clean. The bed was big and comfy, the shower had great pressure/warm water and the breakfasts are delicious! The hotel is a little off the beaten path which is nice because it's quiet but is still less than 10 minutes to the center of town Highly recommend!
